Assistant Manager � Factory Human Resources (CKRG)

This position will assist Factory HR Manager related to Organization Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Rewards Management, Community Development and Industrial / Employee Relations. This position ensures that all HR processess are applied consistency within the Factory and acts as employee contact for Factory workers and staff.

Requirements:

Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3 � 4 years solid experience in overall HR function, especially in the FMCG Manufacturing setting; Bachelor degree in any field; Has sound knowledge on labor regulations; Solid analytical thinking, flexible, strong communication & influence and problem solving skills; Has passions for people development; Willing to be assigned in Cikarang.
