CULINARY VACANCIES AT INTERCONTINENTAL RESORT BALI

InterContinental Resort Bali is seeking a talented individual who owns
"Service from the Heart" character to fulfill the following position:

1. Executive Pastry Chef
2. Chef De Cuisine - Italian Restaurant
3. Chef De Cuisine - Western/Asian Restaurant
4. Executive Chief Steward

Qualification:
1. Hotel Management Degree or Diploma
2. At least 3 years excellence culinary experience at the same
position in 4 or 5 stars hotel/resort in Indonesia, overseas or cruise line.
3. Very good understanding and certified Hygiene and Sanitation
Implementation.
4. Exposed well in all Guest interaction, Well-Personal Presentation,
Excellent interpersonal skill.
5. Very good understanding of Cost Control Management and People
Development Excellence.
