Qualification:
. Hotel Management Degree or Diploma
. At least 3 years excellence culinary experience at the same
position in 4 or 5 stars hotel/resort in Indonesia, overseas or cruise
line.
. Very good understanding and certified Hygiene and Sanitation
Implementation.
. Exposed well in all Guest interaction, Well-Personal Presentation,
Excellent interpersonal skill.
. Very good understanding of Cost Control Management and People
Development Excellence.
