Distribution & Vendor Manager (DM)

Main Purpose of Role :
To provide customers with effective service and quality of Transport
services. To maintain service quality as well as competitive price
of transport vendors and to maximise margin and profitability
without jeopardising operations and
service to customer
General Requirements :
-Minimum S1 graduated from reputable university
-Having customer focus personality and good client management skills
-Ability to manage and prioritise workload in order to achieve
internal and external customer deadlines
-Ability to problem-solve and make judgements
-Ability to provide regular and concise reporting & control
information
-Good interpersonal skill and excellent verbal and written
communication at all levels
-Fluent in English and Computer literate
Specific Requirements :
-Having strong management skills
-Having experience in similar position is preferred
-Having strong commercial skills
-Having understanding of transport management and services
-Having knowledge of the transport industry and Indonesian law
governing transportation is preferrred
-Finance experience would be an advantage
-Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
