Requirement & Qualification
General:
- Bachelor or Diploma III graduates with GPA minimum 3 of 4
- Minimum 2 years experience at similar position or 3 years at supervisory level
- Experience in 4 or 5 star hotel is a plus
- Mastering in computer & well knowledge in hotel system (Lanmark) is a plus
- Possesses strong communication & analysis skill
- Capable in training, facilitating, leading & developing team/people
- Fluent in English
Specific:
- Graduates in Accounting (No. 1 & 11); Public Relation or Communication (No. 5)
- Possesses detailed experience & skill in maintaining guest rooms (No. 2)
