CARE International Indonesia is presently seeking for temporary personnel
for the following position:
Legal Advisor
Period of employment: three (3) months
Job Purpose:
The Legal Advisor contributes to the analysis and review of the legal
structure of CARE's Microfinance Program and to recommend changes, as
necessary, to ensure compliance with Indonesian Law and with CARE's mission
to develop sustainable microfinance program.
The position involves in depth primary and secondary legal research on the
program's legal aspect.
Qualifications:
* University degree in law from reputable university;
* Minimum five years working experience in legal consultant firm/law
firm;
* Proven ability to conduct primary and secondary legal research;
* High-level ability to speak and write in English;
* Ability to work within tight deadlines and to work in a
multicultural setting.
* Computer literate (MS Office and Internet)
