Modern Market Key Account Manager
Requirements:
- Min. S1
- Must have minimum 3 years experience as Sales Manager in FMCG company, especially food.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Hardworking, persuasive, high energy, willing to travel
Responsibility:
- To establish objective, direction and strategies for modern market to support company's sales target.
- To formulate internal and external system and control to achieve maximum efficiency in modern market
- To monitor and ensure the implementation of sales strategic/objectives to achieve sales targets of products in modern markets.
- To plan annual budget for needs of modern market division. Budget planning in term of projected sales and promotional activities.
- To maintain relationship with the customer
- To develop the subordinates competence and skills to their fullest potential
