We are now developing the Ujung Pangkah field and have become joint
operator of the Jambi Merang Production Sharing Contract. We are
currently in need of Indonesian nationals to join our organisation in
Gresik to help deliver future success from these opportunities.
RECRUITER - GRESIK
(12-month contract, to start June 2006, based in Gresik)
Reporting to the HR Analyst, the job holder will provide services in
ensuring achievement of target in recruitment.
THE JOB:
* Be responsible to ensure the smooth recruitment process in
Gresik Operations in accordance with the Company standard.
* Work closely with the HR Analyst (in Jakarta) and the executive
search agents for the day-to-day recruitment activities.
* Be responsible in recruitment process start from arranging and
conducting interviews, references checking, handling correspondence with
candidates and updating the recruitment progress reports.
* Maintain the recruitment database and filing
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5-7 years experience handling Recruitment in oil and gas company
* Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
* Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook
* Ability to work in multi-culture environment
* A team player who is also able to work independently
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive
