The appointee will be responsible for maintain good relationships between
management, government and labor union, managing employee relation,
supervising compensation and benefit process, and personnel administration
services.
Requirements:
Male, max 28 years old.
Bachelor degree in labor law, human resource management or industrial
psychology.
Comprehensive knowledge in labor law and other labor related regulation.
Minimum 3 years working experience within industrial relation.
Will be relocate to Berau.
