* S2 graduates with MBA/MM degree
* Having experience in training & development min 5 years
especially to conduct Training need analysis, Assessment, Design
Training modules and Training Evaluation
* Having experience in talent management and people development,
competency and performance management.
* Experience in Financial industries are definitely advantageous
* Good understanding competency-based training
* Good interpersonal relationship skills with team work attitude
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
