HR MANAGER
The incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources Management for a large distribution company which includes Performance Management, Organization Development, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Staffing, HR practices and procedures and other local authorities to ensure a peaceful and harmonious working environment.
The ideal candidate should be in his/her 35 years of age and qualified by a degree in any discipline and have 5-10 years HR experience in any industries. Strong leadership, good management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in English is strongly require whilst the ability to converse in Mandarin/Hokkien is desirable.
