Responsibility :
· Managing daily database servers monitoring, administration & maintenance.
· Database servers performance review, tuning, optimization & trouble shooting.
· Provide data extraction & report for business users.
· Ensure database servers data integrity, reliability & availability
· Maintain accurate configuration & optimum performance of IBM Websphere application
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering (DBA certification prefered)
· Have at least 3 - 5 years as Database Administrator or similar assignment
· DB2 & MS SQL Database server Administration, Advance SQL scripting, Data modelling, Data Warehousing concept, IBM Webshere, UNIX (AIX), Microsoft windows server

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST – IT
(location: Jakarta)
Responsible for managing projects and gathering business requirements to improve business processes and functions for existing and new enterprise systems.
Qualifications:
· University degree in Business or Information Systems
· Have at least 5 years industrial work experience preferably in life insurance field with at least 3 years as a Business Analyst
· Comprehensive knowledge of life insurance business processes
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
· Proven analytical and presentation skills

JAVA SENIOR DEVELOPER
(location: Jakarta)
The incumbent will function as a one-man development team using JAVA as the development platform. This would cover activities from systems analysis, design, construction, unit testing, systems testing, functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation and rollout. He or she should be able to analyze the business requirements, come up with the systems design to satisfy the requirements, construct the system based on the design, coordinate with the end users to test the system, and support the implementation and rollout of the developed system.
Qualifications:
· University graduate with minimum of at least 1 year experience in JAVA programming, fully immersed (meaning the candidate should have gone through a thorough programming experience in JAVA full-time, not part time together with other programming languages).
· Had previous experience leading an applications development using JAVA as the development platform
· Had previous experience of acting as a maintenance lead analyst, in supporting an already developed JAVA application in production
· Knowledge of AWT, SWING, JDBC JAVA features are a must.
· Minimum of at least 1 year experience in relational databases, particularly SQL or Oracle.
· Minimum of at least 1 year experience in systems analysis and design, particularly on Object Oriented Analysis and Design using Unified Modeling Language.
· Preferably Sun Certified Java Programmer
· Preferably with insurance business knowledge, particularly on the area of proposal illustrations
· Good command of written and spoken English.
