Director of Operation
Job Descriptions:
1) In charge of following departments, call meetings periodically, be responsible for the performance of staff in operation and following departments, and make sure backup departments are well operated.
A. F&B outlets including one fine Chinese restaurant and one wine lounge
B. SPA Centre
C. Health Centre
D. Safety and Maintenance Department
2) Report to Managing Director periodically on business performance, and compose efficient staff and energy control plan
3) At the same time reaching business target, maintain budget in a reasonable range approved by Managing Director.
4) Maintain the highest standard of services and the satisfaction of the guests. Make sure that both staff and guest are satisfied with their treatments.
Job Specification:
Education:
* college graduate, major in hotel or tourism management
* prefer with acknowledgeable certificates in hospitality/ training field
Work Experience (industrial) :
* 8 years and above experience in hospitality business.
* Experience with high-end international chain
* with 3 years and above F&B experience and training
* Experience of leading a team with 50 members or above
Personal Traits:
* Team player and motivator
* With good financial knowledge and sense
* Eye for details, perfectionism
* People oriented
* Proven experience being adapted into new social and culture environment quick and smooth. * Fluent in Mandarin speaking is a major plus.
* Ready to be based in Shanghai by end of 2006.
