Position: Service Engineer
Report to: Manager Operations
A vacancy has arisen in the Rental Department for a Service Engineer. The main duties of this role include:
* Installation, operations and maintenance of Varco Drilling Equipment deployed to customer location on rental projects.
* Providing 24 hour on call cover with extensive travel.
* Operations, installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance.
* Performing rig surveys for prospective project installations.
The ideal candidate must hold or be able to obtain offshore survival certification. Previous offshore experience with International travel desired.
Working knowledge of electronics hydraulics and PLC systems advantageous.
