Vacancy for Civil Engineers (pre cast concrete experienced)

Our client, a foremost and well known International construction material Industry is urgently looking for several candidates to be positioned as:

* Market development Specialist (MDS-H)

Skills/Knowledge:

1. Master degree in Civil Engineering
2. Good overall business understanding (MBA Preferred)
3. A good standard of the management skills, communication, responsibility, acceptability, leadership, decision making, organization, motivation and personnel development.
4. Possess excellent analytical and communication skills, combined with an enthusiastic and well balanced approach to the job.
5. Must be fluent in Bahasa nad English languages (verbal & written)

Experience:

A working knowledge with a minimum of 5-10 years experience associated with the construction industry within Indonesia (and/or the region)
Has experienced project management and involvement directly on construction sites.

* Regional CPM Developer (CPM-H)

Educational Background:

1. D3/S1 from civil engineering
2. Construction work practices
3. Computer literate : Auto CAD, Excel. MS Word

Experience:

1. Minimum 2 years experience in pre cast concrete or cement based building material production.
2. A working knowledge with a minimum of 5 years experience associated with the design, construction, property or financial industry within Indonesia (and/or the region)
3. Has experienced or involve directly on structural design, cost analysis and estimation
4. Has experienced or involve directly on construction sites

* Construction Service Provider (CSP-H)

Skills/Knowledge:

1. D3/S1 from civil engineering
2. Understand English and able to write report in English
3. Computer skills : MS Office, MS Project, ETABS/SAP for Construction

Working Experience:

1. Experience in pre-cast concrete or cement based building material production
2. Experience in calculating BoQ, DED, structural and cost analysis (minimum for 2-story houses)
3. Minimum working experience of 5 years on construction sites as site supervisor or assistant of project Manager

* Engineering Support (ES-H)

Educational Background:

1. D3/S1 from civil engineering
2. Construction work practices
3. Computer literate : Auto CAD, Excel. MS Word

Experience:

1. Minimum 2 years experience in pre cast concrete or cement based building material production.
2. A working knowledge with a minimum of 5 years experience associated with the design, construction, property or financial industry within Indonesia (and/or the region)
3. Has experienced or involve directly on structural design, cost analysis and estimation
4. Has experienced or involve directly on construction sites
