headquartered in the USA, with annual sales of US$1.1 billion, is
currently seeking a high caliber professional to take-up the post
of:
COUNTRY MANAGER -SALES
Reporting to the Singapore-based Account Manager (ASEAN), the
jobholder is to be fully responsible and accountable for managing
the Jakarta office with 2 staffs, managing and expanding all levels
of sales activities across Indonesia as well as supporting all the
company's distributors and partners within Indonesia.
Candidates who meet the following requirements:
* 35 - 40 years of age
* experience in sales of wire and cable for network, 3 to 5 years of
which should be in sales management position, preferably with a
manufacturer of similar products
* excellent managerial and leadership skills
* able to communicate effectively across all levels within the
customers' corporate structure
* degree in Electrical & Engineering, preferably from overseas
* fluent in English, written and verbal
* computer literate
will be offered a package of:
* basic salary Rp.10,- to Rp.12,- million per month
* transport reimbursement
* staff insurance, including dental coverage, and
* an interesting sales incentive program
