1. Logistics Manager
Basic Purpose:
To ensure that COPI Logistics Services Contracts (inc. Aviation,
Marine, Catering, Fuel Supply, Formalities and Asset Mapping/Survey)
are managed in a manner that ensures availability of resources to
meet customer requirements, whilst striving to improve core value
performance and cost effectiveness.
Experience And Qualifications:
· University degree in Technical, with at least 10 years
experience in oil and gas industry.
· Requires high-level knowledge of operating practices and
procedures associated with the aviation and marine operations,
praticularly supporting offshore oil & gas exploration and
exploitation activities.
· Have knowledge of Civil Aviation Administration legislation
relating to offshore helideck operations, aircrew hours, and
helicopter limitations, and familiar with Corporate Safety Aviation
Standards.
· Have knoeldge of Merchant Shipping notices and marine operations
· Understand PSC concepts, BPMigas regulation, Migas &
Customs regulations, Aviation regulations, Marine business &
regulation, and any related Government rules and legislation.
· Sufficient knowledge on Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Operations,
its safety and technical aspects, limitation, minimum requirement,
airworthiness, handling and maintenance aspects
2. Material Management Manager
Basic Purpose:
Accountable for all material management activities including;
inventory management, receiving storage and warehousing issuing,
material handling, inventory control, surplus and salvage management
on behalf of ConocoPhillips Indonesia.
Experience And Qualifications:
· University degree in Technical , Businnes Administration ,
with at least 10 years experience in oil and gas industry.
· Working knowledge of Corporate procurement policies and
Government regulations to ensure the adequacy of company business
processes and controls.
· Awareness and appreciation of the principles of supply chain
management, including the use of SAP
· Must have the ability to interface and effectively
communicate with all levels of Leadership, BPMigas and other
Government official.
· Commitment to core values and the highest standards of
ethical behavior
· Good people management skills, proven commitment to people
and personal development, proven ability to lead diverse groups of
people to achieve significant results
· Networking and influencing skills, conflict resolution
skills and problem solving skills.
· Demonstrable commercial acumen and skills and an ability to
create value-adding opprotunities with third party providers.
