Requirements:
• S-1 Degree Holder
• 3 years experiences in the field of Supply Planning
• Good Negotiation Skills
• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft office
• Understand JDE system will be advantages.
• Fluent in English to communicate with overseas Suppliers
• Ability to work under pressure
• A team player
Role & Responsibilities :
Effective communication with Marketing for Forecast and ordering.
Involving with cross stream Marketing for all new product launch,
promotion, volume increase, product changes, etc.
Interaction with regional and global SC groups for cost effective
purchases.
Developed on the packaging with support from Marketing
Monitor and control the major vendor to ensure that their service
level is satisfied and agreements are optimized.
Managing Raw Material inventory in terms of stock days, volume and
value.
Planing all Raw material for Production requirement and Finish
Goods
for Local distribution.
Prepare Production Planning review the progress.
Interaction with regional for Finish Goods and Raw Material
forecast
submission and arrangement.
Working closely and effectively with the peers.
Implementing and Enforcing MOC on any changes.
Maintain KPI Reporting for Supply planning.
