Lowongan Migas - URGENT

PT Austraining Nusantara in strategic alliance with SAGRIC International Pty Ltd have been short-listed to develop a training organisation focusing on SMEs operating in the oil, gas and mining industries in Eastern Indonesia. In order to develop a tender for this organisation, we are seeking applicants to be included in our tender.

This project is funded by an international donor and will run for two years. The organisation will be based in Balikpapan. We are seeking applicants for the following positions:

Team Leader:

At least ten years relevant experience in technical training and project management preferably in oil, gas and/ or mining industries. Direct industry experience, preferably in Indonesia. Excellent organization and communication skills. English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency.



Deputy Team Leader/Manager (Kalimantan):

At least six years relevant experience in technical training and project management preferably in oil, gas and/ or mining industries. Direct industry experience, preferably in Indonesia. Excellent organization and communication skills. English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency.



Deputy Team Leader/Manager (Papua):

At least six years relevant experience in technical training and project management preferably in oil, gas and/ or mining industries. Direct industry experience, preferably in Indonesia. Excellent organization and communication skills. English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency.



Technical Experts (Kalimantan, regular travel):

Experts with minimum five years field-level experience, preferably in oil, gas and/or mining industries in:

* Business development (1 position)
* Civil engineering (1 position)
* Procurement (1 position)
* Bidding/tendering (1 position)
* Capacity building (1 position)
* Agribusiness (1 position)
* Supply chain management (1 position)
* Finance (1 position)
* IT & Data Management (1 position)





Training Experts (Kalimantan, regular travel):

Five years of professional experience, preferably in the oil, gas and/or mining industries in:

* Business and/ or technical training needs analysis (1 position)
* Curriculum development (1 position)
* Training/mentoring delivery (1 position)
* Monitoring and evaluation (1 position)


All positions will be filled by National consultants and executives and are full-time. A good command of English and strong communication skills as well as computer proficiency is required.
