GOVERNMENT RELATIONS MANAGER (NPN 0100)
A primary focus of Government Relation Manager position is to manage, supervise and responsible for the Newmonts Government Relations / Compliance strategy and operational activities within Indonesian Government with focus on the national (central government) level in Jakarta.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor graduate from any discipline, social sciences and engineering is highly desirable and/minimum of 5 years experience working in the extensive relations with government institutions and key officers in the national level.
• Well established network with Government institutions and its key personnel.
• Have a self-motivation discipline and ability to working alone as well part of as a team.
• Knowledge in the regulations in Republic of Indonesia.
• Good communication and report writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Have a good, strong, pleasant and professional personality, with ability to easily adopt with rapid changing environment.
LEGISLATIVE RELATIONS SPECIALIST (NPN 0101)
The legislative Relations Executive is responsible for undertaking day to day activities that relates to the Legislatives on the National level (DPR-RI, DPD and MPR-RI). The main purposes are to establish and maintain good professional relationships with national level legislative members as political parties, factions, as well as an individual member in relation with the company interest.
Qualifications :
• University graduate from any discipline social science and is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working in the extensive relations with government and familiar with Indonesian political situation.
• Have a self-motivation and ability to working as a part of the team.
• Knowledge in the basic regulations in Republic of Indonesia.
• Good communication and report writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Ability to speak in local dialect is desirable.
• Have a good, strong, pleasant and professional personality, with ability to easily adopt with changing government institution environment.
STRATEGIC RELATIONS MANAGER (NPN 0102)
A primary focus of Strategic Relations Manager position is to set up, establish and develop a network and professional relationship with national and international NGO and other Strategic Parties that directly and indirectly related to and will influences Newmont Operations in Indonesia.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor graduate from any discipline, social sciences and engineering is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working in the extensive relations with NGO and other Strategic Parties (institutionally and with its activists) with its well established, developed and ready to use networked within the Strategic Parties in Indonesia.
• Have a self-motivation discipline and ability to working alone as well part of as a team.
• Knowledge in the regulations in Republic of Indonesia.
• Good communication and report writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Have a good, strong, pleasant and professional personality, with ability to easily adopt with rapid changing environment.
