- Hydrocarbon Management Specialist
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum three (3) years experience in same position (mining open pit background)
- Job description: Handle commercial & logistics of fuel and oil, handle projects & system implementation of fluid and waste management.
- Having knowledge of Safety Health Environment Management System (SMK3, National/International SHE Regulation, and other relevant SHE Management System)
- Operation Research & Development Specialist (R&D)
- Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
- Minimum three (3) years experience in same position (mining open pit background) and 10 years experience in field.
- Job description : Analyzing and Developing Mining Operation Process
- Having knowledge of statistical
- Material & Used Parts/Unit Management
- Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering or related disciplines; Min. 4 years (code: OMS) & 2 years (code: OMF) experience in open-cut mining.
- Knowledge : Safety management system, planning & operation roles, Heavy equipment specification, mining practices & procedures.
- Technical Skill : Equipment Productivity Estimation, Mine Design (pit, disposal & road design), Equipment Selection, Mine Planning & Prod. Scheduling, Pit Optimization, Project Control & evaluation
- Strong Leadership and communication skills, Strong strategic thinking, planning abilities & with strong operations knowledge including good mining practices & procedures are advantageous, be Familiar with advanced mine planning software will be highly regarded for planning role
- MAINTENANCE PLANNER (MP) & CHIEF/FOREMAN MECHANIC (CFM)
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines;
- Knowledge : Well knowledge of Machine & Technical Analysis, Maintenance Management, Maintenance, technical & Plant Procedures.
- Technical Skill : Machine trouble shoot, Supervisory & training development experience, allied training for heavy earthmoving equipment on a range of Komatsu, Caterpillar, Daewoo, Hitachi and allied equipment.
- Strong Leadership and communication skills, Strong strategic thinking, planning abilities & strong operations knowledge including good maintenance, technical & plant procedures are advantageous; be Familiar with advanced maintenance, technical & plant software
