experience in Java class design for minimum 3 years
excellent knowledge of Java coding standards
experience in application design on multi tier architecture, best with knowledge of : Velocity, WebWork, Hibernate, Pico/Nano Container
ability to understand complex business processes
experience in teamwork and guidance of developers
Good spoken and written in English
Application Designer
