Requirements:
* Minimal S1 Degree, Industrial Engineering is preferable
* Has minimal 2 years experience in similar position
* Has a good knowledge of :
o Total Quality Management concept, tools and implementation;
o Project Management;
o Change Management
* Has a good analytical thinking
* Team player
