SNR ERP APPLICATION ANALYST (Code : SEAA)

Purpose of the Role:
To provide analysis and recommendation of ERP (Enterprise Resources
Planning) strategy, architecture, technology, management, development
methods, definition, design, construction, installation, use and
service delivery activities in order to optimize ERP functionality to
meet the company business requirement.

Requirements:
� University Graduate on IT (prefer) or IT related, with 3-4 years in
IT including ERP project in related stream
� Previous ERP experience in implementation/consulting in required.
Ellipse is preferred.
� Familiar With business process in related stream (Supply Chain or
Maintenance preferred)
� Understanding of enterprise relational databases would be an
advantage.
� Depth understanding of enterprise relational databases
� Experienced in reporting tools (Business Objects is preferred).
� Have technical software development background
� Sound knowledge of Data Warehousing concept
� Able to handle multiple projects
� Have well structured documentation writing skill
� English proficiency

CONSTRUCTION SPECIALIST - INFRASTRUCTURES (Code : CSI)

Purpose of the Role:
To manage construction work and projects effectively. Also manage
improvement of existing infrastructure and town facilities. This
position will be required to work well with a range of groups
including, but not limited to : Town Administration, PTI Management,
Executives, Human Resources, External and Government Relations, local
government, and local contractors. It is also envisaged that this
position will also play an active role in the current GF & S scope of
work with the focus being on electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing
and utilities works.

Key Role Accountabilities:
1. Developing systems for managing construction work and projects.
2. Analyzing contractors' performance against established KPI's for
continuous improvement of the work being done for PTI.
3. Developing long-range vision for infrastructure and housing based
on input from stakeholders, then create business plans for the
infrastructure and housing projects.
4. Presenting infrastructure and housing business plans to PTI
management for approval
5. Establish industry best standards for all Elect, & Air-conditioning
installations, repairs and maintenance pertaining to the GF&S dept.
6. Managing the work of subordinates to see the completion of projects
safely on time and on budget.

Requirements:
1. Engineering Degree
2. Minimum 10 years of industrial experience in mining and
construction.
3. Experience on construction and project management, managing large
projects, establishing project management systems.
4. Ability to lead a multi-departmental group in a challenging work
environment.
5. Preferably has project management certification.
