We have a vacancy as Manager-HR (Facility Head) with our clients who are a very large, leading, professionally managed, rapidly expanding, MNC service organistion - World leaders in their field.The company has a major service facility in Western suburbs of Mumbai with head-count exceeding 800. The position reports to the Head-HR and will lead a team of HR professionals.
Job profile: This is a very challenging assignment and will involve managing the complete HR service delivery at the facility including HR Operations, facilitation of talent development, recruitment and local organizational development and support.
Candidate profile:MBAs with 5-9 years in HR, out of which minimum two years must be in HR generalist role in a large sized service organisation
