Industrial Relation Supervisor (Code: IRS)
Reporting to HRD Manager , you will be responsible for the following main tasks:
* Monitoring labor law and regulation in Indonesia and also the implementation in Company
* Reviewing & updating our Company Regulation
* Responsible to settle any labor dispute or termination process including provide legal advice to BOD
* Controlling & updating expire date of Employment Agreement in HO and all branches
* Preparing all reports related to employee for Manpower Department
Requirements
* Male, age 27 - 32 years old
* Min Bachelor Degree majoring in Law with min GPA 3.00
* At least 3 years working experience in managing and handling IR matters
* Familiar with termination procedure, working agreement and having good relationship with Manpower Department
* Extensive knowledge of current Indonesian Labor Law
* Capable of working effectively and efficiently under challenging environment and willing to travel to all branches
* Fluent in written and spoken English
