Customer Services Manager
* The ideal candidate should be 25-35 years of age
* Indonesian National
* Be currently working in a Customer Services / Customer facing role
* Have excellent oral and written English language skills
* Have experience of managing, leading and training a team of staff
Job Description
* To Manage and lead a Customer Services team of 6 staff, in a professional, responsible and organized way, ensuring at all times each member of your team understands that our guest is the No.1 Priority
* To work as an effective communication and management link across all of SOBEK Departments
* Working efficiently and effectively in the areas of client management, staff management and management reporting, ensuring that the name and visibility of SOBEK and its QUALITY is maintained to the highest standard at all times
* To work with all SOBEK Departments ensuring that all Customer Service SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) are kept up to date, socialized and complied with at all times.
* To work with Sales and Marketing ensure that all promotion and standard collaterals are visible, up to date and maintained at all times.
* To deal with day to day customer services related tasks
Sales Manager
* The ideal candidate should be 25-35 years of age
* Indonesian National
* Be currently working as Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager
* Working within the Hotelier or Travel Industry
* Have excellent oral and written English language skills to presentation level
* Have had regional business development experience
Job Description
* Work tirelessly with the Sales and Marketing team to hit and over achieve on set monthly and yearly targets
* Working with the Sales and Marketing Director plan and implement a strict yearly sales and marketing strategy
* To conduct regional sales calls and business development activity focusing on Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia as key markets
* To work across al SOBEK Departments ensuring that at all times SOBEK’s name is kept to a level that reflects its No.1 position in the Adventure Tours industry
* To keep ahead of our competition by staying in touch with industry trends, arrival figures and market movements
