2. Good knowledge and skill about variety of Mediterranean Cuisine (A)
3. Experience at least 1 year with similar position in the role of 4/5 star hotel ( All)
4. Able to work under pressure in large Food and Beverage operation (All)
5. Knowledge of Cold Kitchen and variety of finger food including buffet set Up for buffet Lunch, Dinner , Special Functions and Ice Carving is advantages(A)
6. Knowledge of pastry art and variety of pastry decoration (B)
7. Has good communication skill and self motivation (All)
8. Customer Oriented ( All)
9. Able to train the staff ( A,B,C,D,E)
10. Team player, sociable & communicative (All )
