1. SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT MANAGER
Main Tasks :
- Manage and direct the contracted gardening team to provide clean, attarctive and organozed ground and landscaping.
- Leading the resort's environmental initiatives and developing new areas to ensure sustainable tourism throughout the resort.
- To analyze, plan and action energy/waste management throughout the resort.
- To analyze, plan and execute the safety programs for the entire hotel.
Qualification :
- Has experience in lanscaping min. 2 yesra in hotel industry.
- Degree in Agriculture Engineering ( S1 )
- Good skills in English ( verbal and written )
- Good knowledge in Safety Management.
- Strong leadership skills.
2. ASSISTANT FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
Main tasks :
- Assist FB Manager in working out the budget and marketing plans.
- Makes daily inspection of restaurants for sanitation, apprearance, maintenance and service policies and procedures.
- Train the staff as per company policies and procedures.
- Analyze operation from the standpoint of operating cost, increasing sales efficiency and merchandising principles.
Qualification :
- Has min. 2 years experience in the same position at 5 star hotels.
- Strong leadership skills.
